Cara-cara meningkatkan kelulusan pinjaman kereta

Anda perlu memastikan rekod CCRIS dan DSR (Debt Service Ratio) yang memuaskan sebelum anda memohon pinjaman kereta anda.

Setiap bulan, membayar pinjaman bank mengikut tempoh/jadual yang ditetapkan oleh pihak bank. Walaupun bayaran bulanan sebanyak RM150.00 atau kurang, jika cara-cara pembayaran anda selalu tertunggak akan menunjukan Rekod CCRIS anda memberi kesan buruk kepada pinjaman anda. Rekod-rekod pembayaran balik yang baik merupakan criteria yang amat penting.

DSR anda perlu diurus/dijaga sebaik-baik yang mungkin, jika tidak anda akan berhutang sekeliling apabila anda tidak mampu membayar balik semula pinjaman bank anda. Proton-Perodua Merger A Distant Possibility, Says MIDF

The merger between Proton and Perodua is still a distant possibility, given the limited synergy and discomfort from Perodua’s stakeholders, says MIDF Research.

On Tuesday, Minister of International Trade and Industry, Datuk Seri Mustapa Mohamed said, the government would not force Proton and Perodua to merge, and any such move would be based on mutual agreement between the stakeholders.

According to MIDF Research, should the merger go through, Proton could resolve its excess capacity issues, streamline purchases with vendors, share research and development capabilities.

It would also enable Proton to spread its wings to the networks and good affiliates of Perodua, UMW and Daihatsu.

MIDF Research also contends that Perodua is less keen on a merger as its forte was in compact cars that would not use the same platform as Proton.

Both its affiliates also appear less keen on the merger as Proton could regain its throne in the market,lost to Perodua since 2006.

“There are some positive things happening for Proton such as the India ventures, but in the overall scheme of things, the company should trade sideways in the foreseeable future,” the research house said in a research note.

MIDF Research has also set the new target price for Proton at RM4.80, 40 sen lower compared with its previous target of RM5.20, due to a series of negative newsflow.

The newsflow includes the termination of the Volkswagen talks, concerns over the RM2.4 billion capex needed for the Lotus turnaround plan and the reduced hope of a merger with Perodua.

At 12.10pm, Proton’s share price declined one sen to RM4.49.

PROTON And Japanese Parts Manufacturer Carrosser Co., Ltd. (CUSCO) To Sell Satria Neo Rally Cars For The Japanese Domestic Market

PROTON made its presence felt for the very first time in Japan when renowned Japanese automotive parts manufacturer Carrosser Co., Ltd. (CUSCO) officially unveiled at the Tokyo Auto Salon today, a specially-developed Satria Neo rally car that will be sold in Japan.

Developed for the Japanese domestic market, the CUSCO-engineered Group N Proton Satria Neo rally car will be sold by CUSCO to competitors who will be competing in the Junior Rally Championships in Japan and Asia Pacific.

The Group N Proton Satria Neo rally cars will be based on stock standard roadregistered 1600cc showroom models acquired by CUSCO, homologated according to FIA regulations for competition use, and retrofitted with CUSCO-developed aftermarket performance and race components.

A well known company for producing top-of-the-line aftermarket performance parts for both the Japanese and international tuning markets, CUSCO is also regarded as the only independent firm in Japan to compete in all categories of the All-Japan Championships: track racing, rallying, dirt trials and gymkhana.

The technical collaboration between both companies was a direct result from the performance and the potential the Satria Neo S2000 rally car had demonstrated in the Asia Pacific Rally Championship and Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC).

PROTON Motorsports division also displayed at the Tokyo Auto Salon a concept R3 Satria Neo, which gave Japanese car enthusiasts a glimpse into the potential of the sporty three-door hatchback. Airbags to be made compulsory for passenger cars (except 4WDs) in Malaysia from 2012!



Fantastic news such as this doesn’t come very often for Malaysian motorists – according to Transport Minister Kong Cho Ha, local car manufacturers such as Proton and Perodua have agreed in principal to make at least one airbag standard issue in all passenger cars by 2012. This will mean the most basic Proton Saga will be equipped with at least one driver airbag next year, and the same goes for the Perodua Viva.

Hopefully this will also spur all foreign badges to make airbags standard in their cars as well, although nearly all foreign makes already have at least one airbag in their cars. For some reason though, 4WD vehicles are excluded from this “gentleman’s agreement”.

Nevertheless, it’s about time the government did something to reduce road accident fatalities. Next – how about stability control and ABS brakes?


Proton tidak bernasib baik di Rali Monte Carlo – terkeluar seawal pusingan pertama

Nasib nampaknya tidak menyebelahi pasukan rali Proton apabila jentera Satria Neo S2000 yang dipandu oleh Chris Atkinson gagal menamatkan perlumbaan dalam saingan awal musim Rali Antara Benua (IRC) Monte Carlo. Hanya mampu bergerak sejauh 700 meter, Satria Neo yang dipandunya berhenti disebabkan masalah elektrikal. Agak pelik kerana masalah tersebut tidak berlaku sewaktu proses ujian dan latihan dilakukan sebelum itu.

Selain Proton, pasukan handalan Peugeot menampilkan 16 jentera Peugeot 207 dan 10 jentera Skoda Fabia. Penyertaan lain daripada 32 kereta yang menyertai rali Monte Carlo ialah dua jentera Abarth Punto dan Ford Fiesta.

Pemandu kedua P-G Adersson juga gagal menyerlah walaupun mencatat keputusan ke-12 terpantas pada sesi khas pertama sebelum terlibat dalam kemalangan dan gagal meneruskan perlumbaan. Ekoran itu cabaran Proton di rali Monte Carlo telah tamat pada hari pertama lagi setelah gagal dalam Perlumbaan 1 dan tidak dapat meneruskan cabaran dalam Perlumbaan 2 dan 3.

Kekecewaan jelas terbayang di kem pasukan Proton kerana kegagalan mereka untuk menyerlah pada awal musim perlumbaan. Segala perancangan rapi sebelum ini masih belum cukup dan Proton nampaknya perlu berusaha keras untuk meneruskan cabaran seterusnya.

“Selepas semua usaha pembangunan, ujian dan persediaan, tiada apa yang dapat dilakukan apabila berdepan perkara tidak dijangka seperti ini,” kata Ketua Proton Motorsports, Datuk Abdul Razak Dawood yang menambah dua jentera pasukan itu sudah menjalani ujian 400 kilometer tanpa sebarang masalah sebelum perlumbaan.

Antara masalah utama yang membelenggu Proton ketika ini ialah masalah teknikal yang tidak sepatutnya terjadi kepada sebuah pasukan yang telah mencatatkan beberapa kejayaan sepanjang tiga musim perlumbaan. Jika perkara tersebut gagal diatasi pada sesi perlumbaan seterusnya, imej Satria Neo sebagai sebuah kereta berprestasi tinggi yang ketika ini mendapat perhatian dunia mungkin terjejas.

Namun penyertaan Proton dalam IRC kali ini tetap mendapat perhatian ramai peminat sukan rali dan tujuan utama Proton untuk memperkenalkan jenama mereka di peringkat antarabangsa boleh dikatakan tercapai. Apa yang perlu dilakukan kini ialah cabaran perlu diteruskan dengan menaiki podium menjadi impian utama untuk terus mengukuhkan jenama Proton di peringkat global.
